LEGACY:

I guide teenagers and parents through the career decision-making process, helping them identify the best-fit careers based on strengths, interests, and aptitude, so they can build successful and fulfilling futures with confidence - without wasting time, money, or effort on unsuitable paths.

Every year, thousands of students choose careers without enough thought or awareness. Many follow trends, relatives advice, friends, or societal expectations rather than understanding their own strengths, interests, and potential.

The consequences can be significant. Students often lose confidence, feel stuck in unsuitable careers, waste valuable time and money, and sometimes spend years wondering if they made the right choice. Thats why

One meaningful conversation at the right time can change a students future.

One accurate assessment can prevent years of confusion and regret.

One mentor can positively impact not just a student, but an entire family.

This is what I call the ripple effect. When a student chooses the right path, they become more confident, productive, and fulfilled. That impact extends to their family, workplace, and society.

For me, that is the true legacy of career counselling—helping young people make informed decisions that can transform their lives."

SUCCESS STORY:

A friend once approached me because her daughter wanted to take Science, while both parents, being Chartered Accountants, wanted her to take Commerce. The discussion had become a daily battle at home.

I suggested a psychometric assessment, and surprisingly, the results indicated that Commerce was a much better fit.

During the counselling session, I asked the daughter, Do you like Science because you truly love it, or because you have a great teacher and score well in it? What if that teacher isnt there next year?

Then I asked, If you take Science, what do you see yourself doing five years from now?

Her answer was, I dont know.

Finally, I asked her to forget Science and Commerce and answer just one question: What do you want to become in life?

Without hesitation, she said, I want to do an MBA from the IIMs.

That was the turning point. She realized she was focused on a subject, not a career goal.

Thats why I always say: Dont choose a stream first. Choose your destination first, and then select the path that gets you there."

High marks dont automatically mean career clarity.

Science, Commerce, and Humanities are not just subjects—they are pathways that can open certain doors and close others. Yet many students make this choice based on marks, friends, trends, or family expectations.

Before choosing a stream, ask yourself:

What are my strengths, interests, skills and abilities?

What is my personality, learning style?

What kind of career and lifestyle do I want in the future?

The right decision is not about choosing the "best" stream. Its about choosing the stream that is best for you.

Career counselling and psychometric assessments help students make this decision with clarity, confidence, and self-awareness rather than guesswork.

Remember: A stream is not just a subject choice. Its the first step toward your future.

Choose with clarity today, so you can create opportunities tomorrow.
